Mitsubishi is committed to delivering you peace of mind. With Mitsubishi’s Diamond Advantage Capped Price Servicing program, you’ll enjoy ‘no surprise’ certainty, with the scheduled regular service price capped for the first 4 years or 60,000km of driving*.
The program is competitively priced and offers one of Australia’s best service intervals of 12 months or 15,000km*. Ralliart and Lancer Evolution service intervals are 6 months or 7,500km*.

New vehicles sold from 1st January 2010 are eligible under the program. Government and Rental vehicle customers are not eligible and additional exclusions may apply.
Mitsubishi Motors Australia Limited (MMAL) may add or remove vehicles from the Program, or vary terms of the Program, from time to time without notice. Ask your dealer for full details.
How long will Mitsubishi Capped Price Servicing cover me for?
If your vehicle is eligible, the program will continue until one of the following takes place:
- All Regular Services covered under the program have been completed.
- 4 years have passed since the original warranty start date.
- 60,000km have been travelled.
What’s covered under the Mitsubishi Capped Price Servicing program?
Under the program, eligible vehicles are entitled to receive up to the first four Regular Services (eight Regular Services for Ralliart and Lancer Evolution vehicles) by distance or time*, for no more than the applicable Vehicle Service Cap per service. The final eligible service will be either the 48 month or 60,000km service*.
The program covers all items specified under the Regular Service Tables for each vehicle type detailed in the Service and Warranty booklet, including parts, labour, oils and fluids, workshop supplies and any applicable environmental or waste oil disposal charges.
*Whichever occurs first. Vehicles cannot be presented for both a specified kilometres service and the corresponding time interval service separately.What’s not covered under the Mitsubishi Capped Price Servicing program?
The following items are not included in your Capped Price Service:
- Those items identified as requiring more frequent attention depending on operating conditions (as described in the Service and Warranty Customer Information Booklet).
- LPG additional maintenance items.
- Any servicing required as a result of the fitting of non-genuine parts or accessories
- Normal wear and tear and consumable items requiring periodic maintenance (e.g. fuses, brake pads, wiper blades, batteries, tyres, wheel alignment, tyre rotation and balance etc.).
- Air conditioner pollen filter replacement (included with iMiEV).
- Fluids, additives and treatments not specified in the Regular Service Tables.
- Accident damage to any body, chassis or driveline components.
- Adjustments not specified in the Regular Service Tables.
- Additional maintenance and repairs which may be recommended by a Mitsubishi Dealer to suit your particular driving conditions.

The Powertrain Warranty covers ‘all the important bits’ of the engine, essentially the drivetrain. Mitsubishi offers the Powertrain warranty for 10 years or 160,000km of driving* to the first owner, to ensure complete peace of mind whilst on the road. The 10 year Powertrain Warranty† applies to components such as**:
- Engine
- Turbocharger
- Water pump
- Transmission/transaxle (auto/manual)
- 4WD transfer case
- Propeller shaft
- Drive shafts and axles
- Differential
What is covered under the Mitsubishi 5 Year New Car Warranty?
The Mitsubishi 5 year new car warranty provides assurance that your vehicle will be free from defects in materials and factory workmanship under conditions of normal use within Australia.
The warranty is subject to the vehicle being serviced in accordance with the Service Schedules set out in the Service and Warranty Booklet, at the specified service intervals for the duration of the warranty.
How much does the Mitsubishi 10/5 Warranty cost?
What happens to my Mitsubishi warranty if I modify my vehicle?
The new car warranty applies to the original components that have not been modified or altered from manufacturer’s specifications.
Modifying your vehicle or installing parts and accessories which are not approved by Mitsubishi Motors will not void your warranty. However, if a modified part needs replacing or causes damage to other components, this will not be covered.
Does the New Vehicle warranty apply to my used Mitsubishi?
The Powertrain Warranty is not transferable to second owners, however all other Mitsubishi Warranties, including the New Car Warranty and Roadside Assist, are transferred with vehicle ownership.
Check the Service Record in your Service and Warranty Booklet to confirm all services have been performed at the required intervals. If you have any doubt regarding the service history, contact a Mitsubishi Genuine Service Centre and arrange to have the vehicle inspected.
You should let us know when you have taken ownership of a Mitsubishi by completing and returning the Notice of Change of Address or Ownership in the back of your Service and Warranty Booklet. Alternatively, give us a ring at the Mitsubishi Customer Assistance Centre.
What do I need to do to ensure my Mitsubishi vehicle is covered by the warranty?
As a minimum, your Mitsubishi should be serviced in line with the recommended Regular Service Tables. However, depending on how and under what conditions your vehicle is driven, more frequent servicing may be required. Check the vehicle Service and Maintenance in your Service and Warranty Booklet to find out if your vehicle requires more frequent servicing.
After the initial 3 years or 130,000km of driving* from the date of first registration, we will extend the Initial Warranty for an additional 2 years or 130,000km*. We call this the ‘Extended Warranty’.
To qualify for the Extended Warranty, simply complete the Extended Warranty Registration Validation (you’ll find it in the Service and Warranty Booklet) and bring it along with your vehicle to your local Mitsubishi Genuine Service Centre. This must be done during the final 6 months of the Initial Warranty.
*Whichever occurs first, internal combustion vehicles. For Electric vehicles the Initial Warranty is for 3 years or 100,000km (whichever occurs first). This will be extended for an additional 2 years or 100,000km (whichever occurs first) with the Extended Warranty.What warranty covers Mitsubishi Electric vehicles?

Premium Roadside Assist comes standard with selected vehicles such as Pajero Exceed, Outlander XLS and VRX, Lancer Ralliart and Lancer Evolution. Do I receive an Auto Club membership as part of Mitsubishi Roadside Assist?
Auto Club membership is not part of the Mitsubishi Diamond Advantage Roadside Assist program, however we have teamed up with the national expertise and resource network used by the Auto Clubs so we can look after your needs wherever you are in Australia.
If you’re already a member of an Auto Club, you can take us up on our offer for the Bridge Option* to help you maintain some of your membership benefits when it comes to Roadside Assistance.
The Bridge Option will allow you to credit your years of service as an Auto Club member during the coverage period. You will continue to receive your local Auto Club magazines while maintaining access to financial services, membership maps and publications, touring and/or travel services.
At the conclusion of the Mitsubishi Diamond Advantage Roadside Assist Program, you have the option to resume membership of your local Auto Club without the cost of the normal joining fee and have your years of membership credited. More frequent servicing is required on some specialist vehicles and those operated under specific operating conditions such as frequent short trips, driving in dusty, sandy or salty conditions and prolonged idling or stop-start driving.
If you purchased your vehicle on or after January 1, 2010, your vehicle may also be covered by the Mitsubishi Diamond Advantage Capped Price Servicing program which means you’ll enjoy scheduled regular servicing costs capped for the first 4 years or 60,000km of driving*.

Mitsubishi recommends that scheduled services are performed by your Mitsubishi dealer. However, services can be carried out by another qualified service provider if the service is performed in accordance with the requirements detailed in your vehicle Service and Warranty Booklet, and using proprietary oils, coolant and fluids where specified.
If servicing is performed in accordance with the requirements your warranty will not be affected.

Missing a Regular Service or prolonging time between services increases the risk of premature deterioration of some engine and powertrain components as a result of reduced lubrication and protection performance.
In addition, if your vehicle has Capped Price Servicing, you may not benefit from the total number of available services under this program. Regular servicing is essential to keep your Mitsubishi operating at its best, so if you miss a service due date, please talk to your Mitsubishi Dealer for a solution.

If they are fitted to your new vehicle after purchase they are covered for the remainder of the 3 year/130,000km* Warranty or for 12 months/20,000kms*, whichever is the longer.
